Where do you provide service to?
You can check out our service area page for an extensive listing of where we regularly provide our services. However, our services aren’t limited to these areas! You can call or email if you don’t see your city listed.
Is this vehicle available for this weekend?
In order for us to let you know about specific vehicle availability, we’ll need you to call one of our courteous customer service agents. They’ll be glad to help you!
Are we allowed to drink in your vehicles?
You’re allowed to drink alcohol in the vehicle provided everyone in your group meets the legal drinking age requirements.
Can we smoke in the vehicles?
You’re not allowed to smoke! In order for us to keep our vehicles fresh for the next client, we do not allow smoking (or vaping) of any sort.
Are your vehicles safe?
Yes! We keep our vehicles in proper condition and have a great team we work with to keep them in tip top shape for your safety. You’ll have nothing to worry about when it comes to your safety!
What is required for a reservation?
Reserving with us is an easy process. However, there are a few different requirements: We require a signed contract, so you must be of legal age to facilitate this. We require a good-faith deposit with a debit or credit card. We require that you know the date/time/location of the event, and the number of anticipated passengers. Aside from that, there's nothing to it!
